Day 5

Um, Yummy.  So pretty much one of the best and still healthy foods in my experience, is lox with cream cheese on a bagel.  For those fish lovers out there, it's really quite excellent.  I had this for brunch and it was absolutely delicious. I had it on a whole wheat bagel, unlike the yummy poppy seed one shown above.

That would have been the first thing I ate today, except for last night when I couldn't sleep, so I rummaged through the fridge at about 3 am, after watching five episodes of No Reservations ( a rather interesting travel/food show with a very cynical host) and all I found for immediate devourment was - left over pie, so yes I had a piece. I didn't add whip cream though :P

After I got home from school today and taking Juliah to the doctor (who told me she didn't have strep, mono, bronchitis, croup or anything else identifiable) I was starving.  I ate two baby carrots and then had another whole wheat bagel, just with butter this time. I must be in a sea food mood, because then I had a can of oysters with cream cheese. Maybe i'm just in a cream cheese mood. :P I also had the last piece of french bread with butter. We really are running out of immediate food, so my diet seems to work out well. I just couldn't think of anything to cook that sounded particularly healthy :P

You will be proud of me, knowing that I did finally get some exercise in.  I jumped on my cellerciser (which is like an overrated mini trampoline) for about fifteen minutes. I stopped when I started wheezing lol.  I'm going to have to build myself up to an hour, but if I'm consistent that won't take too long.

You will be happy to know that the thought of blogging tonight stopped me from eating a Popsicle, the last piece of pie and some cookie dough we still have in the fridge.  Although, the lack of hunger stopped me from even eating a salad ha ha. I probably should have broken down and made some sort of meal, though I'm not exactly sure what. Anyway, I'll probably finish off the night with a couple of swallows from the Simply Orange with Mango bottle. 'Night everyone!

Day 4

This was a happy celebration with my family for my birthday, so I did eat more carbs than I normally would.  I had a handful of smoked almonds for brunch and then I waited around to eat until dinner time, wherein I had broccoli and cheese, fettuccine alfredo with shrimp and garlic bread.  I also had blueberry pie with whip cream for dessert.  Since it had berries I'll let it pass :P

It was a nice celebration.  No pizza and root beer or anything crazy, most of it was fairly healthy so I don't feel too guilty. Even dessert gave me at least a serving of fruit =)

96 days to go...

Day 3

Food: Ranch and bacon sandwich from Arby's (very good), salad with cranberries and nuts, a small piece of prime rib and some hamburger helper.  Lots of water and a swig of Simply Orange.  All in all a really good day.  I didn't eat anything I shouldn't have, although I was mightily tempted when I skipped breakfast (another thing I probably shouldn't do :P)

So far, I haven't exercised which probably sounds terrible to the exercise freaks out there, but oh well, I'm not going to be crazy about everything, I'm less likely to stick with it if I feel crazy guilt over everything I don't do :P So far, I'm just glad I'm eating pretty healthy :P

Good luck on your 100 days!

Day 2

Food : Bowl of peaches (yummy), 2 pieces of chicken (home cooked), salad with chicken and cranberries (the best) and 1 crystal shrimp sushi roll (from yesterday).  Yes, dear readers you would appreciate the fact that I avoided eating a mint chocolate chip cookie knowing I would have to write everything down today :P

I haven't worked out at all yet (sadly) my poor munchkin child has been sick all day (I just checked her temperature and it was 102!) and although Jillian probably wouldn't give me a break, I'm going to build up momentum and work out tomorrow.

I do feel better already though, knowing I pretty much consumed fruits and vegetables.  Pretty yummy. I love salads especially with cranberries.  If you don't like salads, try to throw on some cranberries and sunflower seeds, makes it super delicious.

Well on to tomorrow!  What can you accomplish in 100 days? :P

100 Days to Being Sexy - Day 1

Weight: 158 lbs

Food: 1/2 chocolate berry protein shake, 2 carmel candies, 3 chocolate mint cookies, three bites of fried chicken, steak and stir fry and probably 3 to 4 sushi rolls.

Yeah, for the first day it wasn't the best.  It was also my 26th birthday and probably one of the best birthdays ever though.  Thanks everyone for the awesome time, it was super yummy!

I didn't get any exercise in today :S but I'm not going to stress over it, on to tomorrow! Also, I've estimated that I have to lose 1/2 lb everyday, or 3 1/2 lbs every week to meet my goal of 50 lbs in 100 days. Here I go!

Introduction and The Rules

100 Days doesn't seem like a lot, but you'd be surprised how much you can accomplish in that amount of time.  I've decided that I need a life overhaul and 100 days is the time I'm giving for myself.
My Goal? To lose 50 lbs.

Being overweight is MISERABLE, but it's something I keep putting off fixing.  I've finally determined to give myself the ultimate motivation: Moving to France!

That's right, I plan on moving to France once I'm SEXY.

My Rules:
Rules:
Everyday I will report:
a) What I Ate
b)What exercise I did (if any).
c) My general thoughts/ feelings on any matter.  I'll use this as a diary to whine and cry about how I miss chocolate or tell you how great it is to be high off endorphins.

Weekly:
 a) Weighing Tally
b) Awesome photo of Me (so you can see how sexy I'm getting)

I encourage anyone who wants to join me to make a life-changing goal, and work on it for the next 100 days. Comment on my blog or start your own blog and we can work together to encourage each other.  Enjoy the next 100 days of your life!
